After breakfast, you will depart from Kigali and embark on a scenic drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. As you travel through picturesque landscapes, you will witness the beauty of the region and get a glimpse of local communities. Upon reaching Bwindi, you will check in at your accommodation, surrounded by the tranquillity of the rainforest. 

In the afternoon, engage in a cultural encounter with the Batwa 'Pygmies.' This experience provides insights into their traditional way of life, their deep knowledge of the forest and their rich cultural heritage. Learn about their hunting techniques, medicinal collection skills and the importance of the forest in their daily lives. Participate in their music, dance, and storytelling, creating a connection to their vibrant culture. Dinner and overnight.

The highlight of your journey awaits on this day- Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. After an early breakfast, gather at the park headquarters for a pre-trek briefing by experienced guides. They will provide essential information about Gorilla behaviour, trekking guidelines, and safety precautions. Once the briefing is complete, embark on your Gorilla trek into the dense rainforest. Follow your expert guides through the winding trails as you search for the Gorilla family assigned to your group. The trek can be challenging at times, but the reward is unparalleled. When you finally encounter the Gorillas, you will have a precious hour to observe and appreciate their presence. Witness their gentle interactions, marvel at their sheer strength, and capture incredible photographs. After the Gorilla trek, you will return to the lodge for lunch. Thereafter, you will bid farewell to Bwindi and transfer back to Kigali, where you will be dropped off at the airport for your departure carrying cherished memories of your Uganda Gorillas and Batwa 'Pygmies' Experience.
